Valerie Casado

ceramist in L'Isle-sur-sorgue

Valérie Casado adds scraps of lace, old jewelry and buttons, and Indian stamps that she finds at flea markets to her clay pottery. She also likes to fossilize wild flowers, plants, and all kinds of imprints of nature as fragile as morning dew in her objects.

Today, her creations are flown to Paris, Madrid, New York and Tokyo. At L'émentaire, you will find a whole range of plates, cups, bowls, dishes and trays.

A work tinged with emotion which features prints of exquisite finesse.
